Shipping policy

Shipping: 

We are currently shipping within the united states only. Our shipping cost is flat $6.99 on all orders. All orders usually take up to 3-5 business days to process and ship. Once an order is shipped, tracking information is sent via email to the customer. After dispatch, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the carrier.

Lost/Damaged Packages:

Please note that we package every order with utmost care. Once the package is scanned by the carrier, we are not responsible if the package is damaged, lost or stolen. We request you to please file a claim with the carrier if a package is lost.
